Victor Scroggins Allegedly Tattooed 'Daddy's Girl', Browning Logo On Underage Daughter

Father Allegedly Tattoos 'Daddy's Girl' On Underage Daughter

What would Freud say?

A man from Richland County, S.C. allegedly tattooed the words "Daddy's Girl" on his 14-year-old daughter's wrist. The tattoo also included an image of a logo for Browning, an arms company.

Police say Victor Shane Scroggins, 39, inked his underage daughter -- and potentially others -- in his home last October without a license from the Department of Health and Environmental Control, KFVS reported.

The 39-year-old was arrested Thursday morning after turning himself in to authorities. He was charged with tattoo of a minor, child neglect, and not having a required certificate.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott is asking those tattooed by Scroggins to come forward. He stressed to KFVS that the matter is not to be taken lightly, as tattoos often cause infections.

The incident comes only weeks after Lesya Toumaniantz made headlines for letting her boyfriend of one day tattoo his name across her face.
