Century 21 Super Bowl Commercial: Real Estate Agency Says 'I Do' To 'Wedding' Spot (VIDEO)

Sneak Peek At Century 21 Super Bowl Spot (VIDEO)

Weddings are expensive. Century 21 spent about $4 million on the one above.

For its only in-game Super Bowl commercial, the real estate agency tackles marriage and its impact on home-buying. A groom swoons at the prospect of living with his cloying mother-in-law. Luckily, an agent is present to help everyone live happily ever after.

The real estate agency features four game-day spots for its “Is there a CENTURY 21® Agent in the house?” series, all highlighting life milestones that can be enhanced by finding the right agent. "Wedding" was the only one to make the starting lineup and will air in the third quarter, the company said in a release.

Last year, Century 21 made its big-game debut (see below) with an ad featuring a Century 21 agent outperforming Donald Trump, Deion Sanders and Apolo Ohno, to reinforce the company's "Smarter. Bolder. Faster." motto.

Spots for this game are averaging $4 million for 30 seconds -- $500,000 more than the previous Super Bowl, according to reports. Despite the high price, Century 21 believes it did the right thing in saying "I do" to "Wedding" and its other spots.

“These commercials celebrate our agents’ dedication to customer service in a fun, creative way and will keep the Century 21 agent top-of-mind with consumers in advance of the spring home buying and selling season," CMO Bev Thorne said in the release.
