These days, our knowledge of celebrities too often originates with paparazzi images and snarky quotes by anonymous "insiders." After a while, it's easy to forget that stars are real people. That's why HuffPost Celebrity decided to launch its all-new #nofilter quick-fire question and answer series. Because how well do you know someone until they've shared their guiltiest pleasures?
You might remember Busy Philipps as Katie Holmes' college BFF Audrey on "Dawson's Creek," but nowadays she's living in "Cougar Town" with Courteney Cox. (Plus, she's real-life BFFs with actress Michelle Williams). So, what drives this actress crazy about New Yorkers? And what's always on her DVR? The pregnant star reveals all to HuffPost Celebrity.
What's the dumbest thing you've read about yourself?
There was a comment, and to be fair it was U.K. press, that I had gotten a boob job when I started "Cougar Town" after breastfeeding my daughter. Maybe people will think I’ve had a boob job again next year …
If you could give advice to a younger version of yourself, what would it be?
I think I took things very seriously when I was younger and I think that’s part of the reason that I’m wearing them today. I would have told my younger self to relax a little bit.
What's your rapper name?
I don’t know...
If your friend was getting married and you thought it was a mistake would you say so?
Well, I think it depends on how big of a mistake. But maybe. But if it was a very huge, egregious mistake, then possibly yes. But far enough in advance when it wasn’t, like, the rehearsal dinner.
If you found Donald Trump's wallet on the street, would you send it back to him?
Yeah, obviously!
What/who have you been jealous of lately?
I actually try not to live in a space where I’m jealous of anyone. I’m generally a lucky, happy person, so it’s a hard thing for me to say ... I sort of want another bedroom in my house! No big deal. Three bedrooms on the upstairs floor.

I know! I’m sooo excited about that. How cute is Taye Diggs? And his wife is gorgeous. I love him so much.
What movie could you watch over and over?
"Splash."
What’s your secret/hidden talent?
I’m very crafty, and it’s not really a secret since the invention of Twitter and Instagram. But I make these pretty awesome 3D sculptural cakes and I make my daughter little crafty things and we do a lot of that stuff at my house, so it’s not a secret. Just my talent.
What's your guiltiest pleasure?
You’re going to think I’m so boring … I don’t believe in guilty pleasures. If you enjoy something, there’s nothing guilty about it.
What's the silliest thing you've ever lied about?
Well, I’m a terrible liar, my husband will tell you that. I’m actually incapable of lying. I’m like a parody of a person who can’t lie. One time we met friends at the American Express lounge at the Staples Center during a Lakers game and all you have to do is show the security guard your American Express card to get up, but I gave, like, the longest, craziest over-explaining thing and my husband was pulling my arm, saying, "We’re just trying to meet our friends, we're not trying to sneak up to the club level." I don’t lie because I can’t get away with it … like ever.
If you were on a reality show, what would it be called?
I would never be on a reality show.
Have you ever stolen anything?
No, again … I’m kind of a perfect person! I never went through a phase when I was a preteen ... I don’t know. I’ve never stolen anything.
What would people be surprised to know you've never done?
I’ve never gone skydiving. I don’t think people would be surprised to know that about someone, but that’s something I’ve never done.
Would you skydive if you had the chance?
No! Are you kidding? I’m a mom -- you can’t do stuff like that when you’re someone’s mom. They need you.
What's one item that's always in your refrigerator?
Milk.
Who's your ideal drinking buddy, living or dead?
I don’t know now, but I remember when I was on “Dawson’s Creek,” Vince Vaughn had come to do re-shoots for some movie in Wilmington and I really wanted to go drinking with him ... so I wanted to stalk him and find him and ask him. [laughs] Not now, not at this point, but 10 years ago I really wanted to go drinking with Vince Vaughn.
What’s your biggest peeve?
I have the same pet peeve as Anderson Cooper, which is bare feet in public. I hate it. It so grosses me out, especially in New York. Oh my God, New York in the summer with people and their feet in their sandals and their flip-flops, like get it away!
What movie/song are you embarrassed to say you like?
Well, I get down in Soul Cycle class to a lot of pop music that I normally would not be caught dead listening to in my car. And because I’m so not in the pop music world, I don’t even know who sings the songs or what they are, but I know I really get into what’s playing at Soul Cycle ... which clearly are very popular songs.
What shows are always on your DVR?
“Top Chef,” “Cougar Town" ... I’m not kidding. “Mad Men,” and we just started watching “Banshee” and I really like it. I watch “House Hunters” and “House Hunters International.” If you want to know the truth, our TV upstairs is completely filled with “House Hunters” and "House Hunters International." My two favorite shows. They’re incredible. And then people got upset when they found out it was staged, but you know what? It’s not surprising to me. I’m fine with it, I still love it!
