Things are about to get nasty on "Bethenny Ever After." TMZ has uncovered new details in the divorce papers that Bethenny Frankel filed against husband-of-two-years Jason Hoppy last week.
Among the juiciest are that the former "Real Housewives of New York" star and Skinnygirl founder has asked for primary physical custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Bryn. Frankel -- who pulled in $12 million last year, according to Forbes -- also asked Hoppy for child support and "medical, dental, optical, therapeutic, and orthodontic expenses" for both her and Bryn. The couple signed a prenup on March 23, 2010 that Frankel -- surprise! -- requested be enforced in their divorce proceedings.
Frankel, 42, and real-estate businessman Hoppy had weathered their marital problems on the Bravo reality show "Bethenny Ever After." On Dec. 23, Frankel announced she was separating from Hoppy; she officially filed for divorce two weeks later.
"This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family," Frankel said in a statement at the time. "We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority. This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us."
