A Texas burglary suspect called 911 early Tuesday morning when the homeowner he attempted to steal from held him up at gunpoint.
James Gerow, the homeowner, said he was "sound asleep" when he heard a "pop" at the door of his Springtown home, KVUE reports.
Gerow, with his wife by his side, awoke to discover 41-year-old Christopher Lance Moore standing inside his bedroom.
"I pointed the gun at him and asked him who he is and what the hell he was doing in my house," Gerow said, according to FoxNews. "He said his name was Lance, and I said, 'Lance, what the hell are you doing in my house?'
Staring down the barrel of Gerow's .45 weapon, Moore gave up his car keys and said "unlucky." Gerow's wife then called police while Moore, who retreated to his vehicle, did the same.

Gerow's wife called 911.
LINDY GEROW: "Hurry up now, because my husband is fixin' to shoot him."
Moore also called for help.
DISPATCHER: "Parker County 911. Where is your emergency?"
MOORE: "I'm not sure. I'm out in the country somewhere and some guy has a gun on me."
Gerow followed Moore out to the truck -- with his 13-year-old son watching his back with a shotgun -- and asked why he was at the house.
"Just bad intentions," Moore said, according MyFoxHouston.
Moore was arrested and charged with burglary of a habitation, according to the Dallas Morning News.
