If you live in Vermont, here's what you need to know about voting on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012.

The closing time for all Vermont polls is 7 p.m. The opening time for polls in Vermont is 10 a.m. the latest; some are opening earlier, so it is worth checking with your local polling location.

Vermont will award three electoral votes to its victor in the presidential race. The state has voted for the Democratic presidential candidate every year since 1992.
