'Long Island Medium' Finale: Emotional Reading For College Roommate's Mom (VIDEO)

On the season finale of “Long Island Medium,” Theresa was moving her daughter Victoria into college. Of course, that meant Victoria’s roommate was also moving in.

And Theresa gave Victoria’s roommate’s mom an impromptu reading -- connecting with the woman’s late mother, who she said was watching over her family.

“Is your mom passed a long time, though? Because she says, ‘Could you just tell my daughter that I know what a beautiful mom she is?’” Teresa told Elizabeth. “We got Victoria’s great grandmother, your mom. They’re gonna be good!”

“It feels good, because I know she’ll be there to help her, protect her," Elizabeth responded.

As usual, Tweeters were moved by Theresa’s gift. And there will be plenty more “Long Island Medium” to come -- TLC has renewed the series for a 30-episode fourth season.
