Detroit Tigers Kittens Up For Adoption Are All Stars (PHOTOS)

LOOK: Adopt The Most Valuable Kitten, Justine Purrlander

After a rocky performance against the Giants in Game 1, Detroit Tigers might not know whether to keep cheering or start booing. But another local team has fans cooing -- the Tigers kittens at the Michigan Humane Society.

Justine Verlander (or should we say Purrrlander), Miguel (or Mewguel) Cabrera, Princess Fielder and the rest of the MHS lineup all deserve the MVK award. Yes, that's Most Valuable Kitten.

“Adopting from the Michigan Humane Society is simply a home run,” said MHS Senior Director of Operations CJ Bentley.

The Michigan Humane Society has more information on the nine "Tigers," who are currently available for adoption in Detroit. The cats are microchipped, sterilized, vaccinated and tested for feline leukemia. The adoption fee is $45 or $65 for two pets.

Check out the purrfectly adorable Tigers kittens below, and watch this video of a cat playing with a baseball, because, well, why not.
