Justin Foster, Recent High School Grad, Tweets Naked Photos He Claims Are Evidence Of Sex With Former Teacher

Teenager Claims Naked Tweets Are Of Former Teacher

On Tuesday night, Justin Foster, a recent graduate of Cosby High School from Midlothian, Virginia, told his contacts on Twitter to stick around, "it'll be a treat."

Shortly thereafter, the 18-year-old began tweeting explicit text messages and nude photos he'd allegedly received from his 24-year-old former substitute English teacher.

According to WTVR, Foster began to release the information at 9:15 p.m., describing his current mental state as "hammered."

Foster claims the two had sex in April 2012 while he was still in high school, reports WWBT, though that claim, and his age at the time, have yet to be verified.

Later, Foster seemed to acknowledge the gravity of his claims, tweeting, somewhat flippantly:

"He definitely [tweeted the photos] as a humiliation. They probably had an altercation... he put it out there as revenge, clearly," said an anonymous student to WTVR.

Amid a tidal wave of online responses, Foster stated his actions weren't driven by a need for attention. As of this writing, he has yet to state any other motive and has declined to speak with the media.

Chesterfield Police have confirmed they are investigating the situation, but have not filed any charges.

One of the texts Foster claims he received from the teacher:

School officials have also remained mum, releasing a statement Wednesday morning that reads:

On October 12, Chesterfield Schools was made aware of an allegation. Police were immediately contacted. A school investigation was conducted and the substitute teacher is no longer employed as of the end of the same school day.
