Rosie O'Donnell Purchases New Home In Manhattan

Rosie O'Donnell's New Digs

Rosie O'Donnell purchased a new four-bedroom apartment in downtown Manhattan, the New York Post reported on Tuesday.

O'Donnell reportedly purchased an $8 million pad at 130 W. 12th St, a prewar condo building popular amongst celebrities. The purchase comes months after O'Donnell moved out of Chicago and ended her nightly talk show on the Oprah Winfrey Network.

Earlier this year, rumors surfaced that O'Donnell was planning to move "The Rosie Show" from Chicago (where she taped on Oprah's former stage) to New York. She put her newly purchased Lakeview home on the market for $2.5 million.

Weeks later, news broke that Oprah personally decided to cancel "Rosie," after the show failed to resonate with audiences.

After her show ended, O'Donnell made a few appearances on NBC's "Today" show, as part of the "Today's Professionals" panel. She clashed with regular Donny Deutsch and made headlines after dissing Lindsay Lohan.
