In the Season 4 premiere of USA's "White Collar," Neal (Matt Bomer) is ditching his formal suit-and-tie attire for some requisite vacation apparel -- including his dearly missed fedora! -- while he and Mozzie (Willie Garson) hide out in an exotic locale.

Wherever Neal and Mozzie are, we now know that they're putting their Spanish skills to good use. In this exclusive Season 4 premiere clip above, Neal, donning a Clooney-esque five o'clock shadow, strikes up a conversation with his new lady friend Maya. She even affectionately calls him "New York." However, that doesn't mean she buys Neal's -- or should we say James'? -- story.

When he asks her out to dinner, Maya plays it cool, telling Neal that she has to work. "I like you James. I do," she says. "But men like you are trouble ... Men who come here to escape their pasts."

But Neal Caffrey he has bigger things to worry about. For example, FBI agent Kyle Collins (Mekhi Phifer) is hot on his trail. Not to mention that we're still hoping for Neal and Sara (Hilarie Burton) to reconcile their romance.

Check out the sneak peek below of the Season 4 premiere above and tune into "White Collar" on Tuesday, July 10 at 9 p.m. ET on USA.
