Break out your sneakers: it's Easter at the White House!

President Obama, Michelle, Malia, Sasha and a giant white furry bunny kicked off the annual White House Easter Egg Roll this morning, which will see about 30,000 revelers (and one dog) grace the White House lawn into the evening.

So how is the First Family keeping the guests occupied? With every activity under the sun. After Rachel Crow performed the national anthem, the president and "the one truly in charge," the first lady, kicked off the egg roll complete with wooden spoons and eggs. "I think the president is going to try to beat a three-year old," quipped Michelle.

He didn't, of course, but he did help a few wee ones push their eggs along. Other activities in the line-up: live music from the likes of Janelle Monae; story time with celebs like Julianne Moore and Forest Whitaker; sports and an obstacle course with Dominique Dawes, Michelle Kwan and other pro athletes; tennis with, among others, Andy Roddick; dancing with DJ Jazzy Jeff; yoga in a special "yoga garden" and eats care of celeb chefs like Richard Blais.

Of course, a fun-filled day in the sun required the right wardrobe. FLOTUS wore purple pants, and orange top and a bright yellow cardigan; Sasha wore a bright blue blazer with pale green J. Brands; and Malia wore an orange top with sky blue J. Brands. The Obama family clearly got the memo about bright colors being "in" for spring.

Wish you were there? The pics will have to suffice. Check out all the White House fun in the slideshow below.
