'Only In America': Larry The Cable Guy Hangs Out With The Naked Cowboy (VIDEO)

Larry The Cable Guy Hangs Out With The Naked Cowboy

The Naked Cowboy is an institution in New York City's Times Square. Wearing nothing but some small underpants, a pair of cowboy boots and a cowboy hat, he sings songs and poses for photos with tourists. He even conducts weddings.

On "Only In America" (Wed., 9 p.m. EST on History) Larry The Cable Guy hit the Big Apple and decided to check out this pop culture phenomenon for himself and raise some money for charity at the same time.

So Larry stripped down to his tighty-whities and was a Naked Cowboy for the day. With only a guitar to protect his modesty in the rain, Larry joked, "I'm the reason New York never sleeps!"

He summed up the Naked Cowboy's "Only In America" success story: "[He's] just a guy who had one of those shockingly simple rags-to-riches great ideas that happen in America."

As a reward for his efforts, Larry even got to make out on the sidewalk with an attractive young woman. "How's that, skinny man!"

Join the road trip on "Only In America With Larry The Cable Guy," Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EST on History.
