'Only In America With Larry The Cable Guy': Lions And Tigers In Colorado (VIDEO)

Larry The Cable Guy Gets Up-Close And Personal With A Tiger

On "Only In America With Larry The Cable Guy" (Wed., 9 p.m. EST on History), Larry took a trip to the Serenity Springs Wildlife Center in Colorado to visit some big cats.

As Larry said, Serenity Springs "sounds like the kind of place you can relax and let your guard down." However, this place was far from serene as it was full of lions and tigers, many of whom didn't seem too pleased to see him.

When Larry approached the cages a snarling white tiger shot itself across the enclosure and began hurling itself against the fence. He then managed to similarly enrage a lion at feeding time.

Later, feeling cocky, Larry took a tiger for a walk on a leash, but it went for his rear end after he made the newbie mistake of stepping in front of it.

Apparently, should you ever find yourself up close and personal with a tiger, make sure you always stand behind it. You really don't want it standing behind you.

Go along for the ride on "Only In America With Larry The Cable Guy,"Wednesdays at 9 p.m. EST on History.
