OUR TRIP TO PHUKET Part 3

We continue driving up and down hills when Rick spots a very large sea food restaurant on a corner of a very busy street in Pantong. "There it is! Stop Stop!," Rick shouts. I get out first and while Rick is paying the fare, I casually glance in the back of the tuk tuk. There on the floor under where I was sitting lies my cell phone. OH MY GOD. Why did I look back there? What if I had not? What would I have done without that phone? Every name and number, every date and time was in my phone....our flight info, as much as we had of it....all would have been gone forever, had I not chanced to look where and when I did. I slid my phone back in my purse and zipped it shut. I thanked God, Jesus and Josh and Buddah for that bit of luck.
Waiting in the lobby of the restaurant was A, looking very sweet in a black dress and her hair swept up in a high pony. We had a lovely dinner, and I asked her if she was excited to see Christian. Of course she said yes. She had to get back to work after dinner, so we bid farewell. Tomorrow is going to be an interesting day.
