We've seen our share of memorable wedding dances, but kudos to this father-daughter duo for shaking things up.
Texas bride Ashley Richmond shocked guests when she and her dad, David Sparks, performed a choreographed dance at her August wedding. The video fast became a web sensation, and Richmond and her dad have even reenacted their routine on ABC's "Good Morning America."
The seemingly traditional dance begins with The Temptations' "My Girl," but the playlist quickly changes directions to include tunes as various as "Stanky Legg," "Boogie Shoes," and "My Dougie." Good thing Richmond is wearing a dress she can move in.
"You know we uploaded it on YouTube, but we never thought it would be this big," Richmond told My FOX Houston. "So it's exciting."
No great effort goes unplanned, however. Richmond told "Good Morning America" that she and Dad practiced the routine about twice a week for a month and a half. And may we just say, it was worth it.
