Willie Kohler studied painting at The Maryland Institute, College of Art and The School of The Art Institute of Chicago. He has been exhibiting his work professionally since 1987 with recent exhibits in Chicago, Paris and New York City. He has taught painting and art history at various institutions including The University of Indiana, The School of The Art Institute of Chicago and The American Academy of Art. He lives in New York City. His painting is represented By Linda Warren Projects in Chicago and Elder Gallery in Charlotte, NC. His work can be viewed at www.williekohler.com.
