Nazarene Ally Creator, Religious Correspondent for <i>The Gayly</i>
Ty is a Kansas City native who has lived in the OKC Metro since 2007. He created the non-profit Nazarene Ally, a grassroots LGBTQ advocacy group for the Church of the Nazarene. Ty is also the religion correspondent for The Gayly, the largest LGBT newspaper in the South Central United States.
Ty is a 2008 alum of Southern Nazarene University (Bethany, Oklahoma) and 2012 graduate of the University of Oklahoma (Norman, Oklahoma), where he received his masters in Regional and City Planning, concentrating in Urban Design.
He spends his free time riding his bike, swimming, writing and trying to find the most random movie to watch on Netflix.
