Tom Allen is an American living in Rwanda. Formerly an attorney in Los Angeles, he now spends his time looking for stories of hope in action in his adopted home. He is also the Country Director for Bridge2Rwanda, a not-for-profit organization that, among other initiatives, seeks to teach and unleash the power of entrepreneurship as the natural, renewable energy that best alleviates poverty and empowers and elevates those at the base of the pyramid.
