Tim Ellis

Tim Ellis lives in Rochester, New York. He is the co-founder and director of Nocturnal Commissions, a rave promotion group based out of Toronto, Canada. Through NC, he has been responsible for designing and hosting the world's only fully interactive rave environment, organizing North America's first annual rave promotion seminar, and crafting promotional literature featured on flyers and in music publications across the globe, including his own rave outreach and media project, "Hard Corps." Recently, he has turned his organizational and literary skills towards helping to solve the many critical issues this country faces in the wake of a destructive eight years of neo-conservative policies.
