I'm a physician, business leader, and advocate for innovation and improvement in health care -- a family doctor and geriatrician who's honored to serve as the President and CEO of Visiting Nurse Association Health Group in New Jersey and Ohio, one of the nation's oldest and largest non-profit home care and community health organizations. I am passionate about family caregivers, nurses & other community health professionals, home health, hospice, housecalls, telehealth, digital health, primary care, public health, and finding ways to improve quality and value in American health care. Prior to joining VNA Health group, I led home-based care and post-acute care programs at Cleveland Clinic and Case Western Reserve University. I'm a proud graduate of Indiana University, Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health.
