Robert David Steele, or for Latinos Roberto David de Steele y Vivas, is a futurist and applied intelligence expert who founded the U.S. Marine Corps Intelligence Center, Open Source Solutions Network, Inc., and Earth Intelligence Network (501c3). He is a Hacker (Hacker Conference and Hackers on Planet Earth) and serial pioneer.

He has developed interdisciplinary analytic models for gathering, synthesizing and applying open source intelligence to decision-making by government and military officials, as well as civilians and international agencies seeking to promote peace and prosperity.
