Peter Christian Hall's novel about an avian flu pandemic, American Fever: A Tale of Romance & Pestilence, will be published in January 2012. Hall was born and raised in upstate New York and now lives in New York City. He has written for Rolling Stone, the Village Voice, the New York Times, Reuters.com, and The Big Money and served as executive editor at Financial World. Hall wrote, produced, and directed the feature film, Delinquent.
