Paul Gorrell, Ph.D.

Paul Gorrell is Founding Principal of Progressive Talent Partners, an executive coaching and leadership development firm located in New York City. Paul works with individual executives in accelerating their leadership capabilities, teams to help them partner more effectively, and organizations on people initiatives. Besides his recent book The Coaching Connection, his writing on leadership, talent management, and LGBT issues has been published in multiple locations including scholarly journals/books, news websites and the op-ed pages of the Washington Post.
