Neil Weare

President and Founder, We the People Project

Neil Weare grew up in the U.S. territory of Guam and is President and Founder of We the People Project, a nonprofit that advocates for equal rights and representation for the nearly 5 millions Americans living in U.S. territories and the District of Columbia. A Yale Law graduate, his commentary has been featured in the Washington Post, CNN.com, the Huffington Post, and other outlets. His advocacy has been covered in the NY Times, WSJ, LA Timtes, The Atlantic, and more. He ran the 1500m in the 2004 Athens Olympics. He is an associate at Trister, Ross, Schadler & Gold, PLLC, a boutique firm that specializes in political law for non-profit organizations.
