Mike Duke

Michael T. Duke is the president and chief executive officer of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Walmart). From 2005 to February 2009, Mike served as vice chairman of the company, with responsibility for Walmart International. As CEO, Mike leads a strong management team that is focused on keeping Walmart's mission of "saving people money so they can live better" relevant to every customer, every day. The company also continues to broaden and accelerate its global efforts on environmental sustainability, women’s empowerment and associate opportunity.

Mike graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering. He and his wife, Susan, have two daughters and a son.
