Lauren Leader-Chivee is an an author, activist, advisor and expert on diversity and women's issues. Her first book Crossing the Thinnest Line (Center Street, September 2016) looks at why diversity is such a critical economic asset for the Unites States and argues for how we can create a more inclusive nation. As the Co-Founder and CEO of the non-partisan All In Together Campaign, she's working to get more women engaged in the political and civic process. Formerly the President of the Center for Talent Innovation, she's spent much of her career dedicated to closing the most important gaps in the participation of women and minorities in the business and political world. She is a regular commentator on Fox, Fox Business, CNN and a wide range of media.
