Judy Martin

Journalist, stress management consultant

Judy Martin is an Emmy® award-winning broadcast journalist and founder of WorkLifeNation.com, a site dedicated to transforming stress in an “always-on” world. As a stress management consultant she has worked with clients across all professional sectors to help them transform and channel stress toward creativity and innovation.

For two decades, she has tracked business, workplace culture and career trends with an emphasis on work-life balance and stress management strategies. She has contributed to Forbes.com, Marketplace Report, NPR, CNBC Business Radio, BBC Radio 3, and News 12 Long Island.

Judy has facilitated stress management, work-life resilience and career transition workshops for numerous companies and organizations including: UJA-Federation, Motorola, Orange/Rockland Utilities, Right Management, American Cancer Society, National Association of Mothers’ Centers, and Daniel Gale Real Estate.

Judy is an accredited yoga teacher (RYT-200), and certified Hospice volunteer. She has been a student of meditation for 30 years. In 2006, she released her first CD Practical Chaos: Reflections on Resilience. In 2012, she was chosen as one of the TOP 10 on-line influencers on "stress" by Sharecare.com, a collaborative effort between Dr. Oz and WebMD.
