John Gerzema is the CEO of BAV Consulting, a subsidiary of Young & Rubicam. John is a pioneer in the use of data to identify social change and help companies anticipate and adapt to new trends and demands. In 2016, John was chosen to be one of twelve jury members for Glass Lion, The Lion for Change that celebrates culture-shifting creativity, at the Cannes Lion International Festival of Creativity. His most recent book, “Best Countries” which follows a model he designed, with Wharton Professor David Reibstein is published by U.S. News & World Report and ranks over 60 nations among 16,000 people which he presented at The World Economic Forum in Davos this year. In addition to being a best-selling author, John is also a board member of University of The People, The National Kidney Foundation, The Weizmann Institute and The U.N.’s Girl Up Campaign.
