Jessica Lander is a teacher and writer living in Cambridge MA. Over the past six years, she has taught students in middle school, high school and university in the United States, Thailand and Cambodia. Jessica has worked extensively with English language learners, teaching English, history, and civics. In addition, she writes monthly Op-Eds about teaching and education for the Boston Globe and for the Harvard Graduate School of Education’s Usable Knowledge website. She is the author of Driving Backwards, a nonfiction portrait of the town that inspired "Peyton Place."
