Jennifer Armstrong cofounded and continues to run SexyFeminist.com. She has also spent the past nine years writing for Entertainment Weekly magazine, where she gets paid to swoon over Patrick Dempsey and watch teen dramas for “research.” She is the author of a history of The Mickey Mouse Club, WHY? BECAUSE WE STILL LIKE YOU, and co-author of Sexy Feminism: A Girl's Guide to Love, Success, and Style. In a previous life, she was a newspaper reporter in Southern California. Her work has also appeared on Salon, Details.com, in the Chicago Sun-Times and Budget Travel, and in the essay anthologies Altared and Coffee at Luke’s.
