Jazmine Williams

High school student at Hamilton High School Music Academy in Los Angeles

Jazmine Williams is a second semester senior at Hamilton High School Music Academy, where she has received instruction for the past four years under the theater/drama department. She is a studied and well-exposed poet. Much of her training as a writer and performer has been derived from a nonprofit youth organization by the name of Get Lit. Being extensively involved with these two programs that are heavily invested in art, youth, and the future of both, has molded Williams as an aspiring liberal artist and writer. She realizes the power and influence of artistic voices in modern society and holds the responsibilities of such power (honesty, tolerance, inspiration, etc.) close to heart.
