Founder of iambik.com, LibriVox.org, and Bitesizeedits.com

Hugh McGuire writes about books, publishing, media, technology, open content, collaboration, and how digital and mobile are changing the way we create and consume.

Hugh McGuire is the founder of iambik audio, a new kind of audiobook publisher, LibriVox, an all-volunteer project to make free public domain audiobooks. LibriVox was once called “perhaps the most interesting collaborative cultural project this side of Wikipedia,” and it’s one of the most prolific audiobook publishers in the world, with a catalog of 2,000+ books, in 29 languages.

Hugh also started Bite-Size Edits, a "video game for editors," and Book Oven, a digital publishing platform.
