Gustavo Payan is an international development specialist with Education Development Center (EDC) based in Boston. He has extensive experience in Central America, Eastern Europe, and the Philippines. An impassioned advocate for youth violence prevention, he builds programs and influences policy to foster peace and security through promoting access to education and economic opportunity. He was just selected as a Mason Fellow at the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
