David M Walker served as the seventh Comptroller General of the United States and CEO of the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) from 1998-2008. Currently, as Founder and CEO of the Comeback America Initiative, Walker is a frequent speaker, writer, commentator, congressional witness and is the subject of the critically acclaimed documentary I.O.U.S.A.
