Darrell Silver is co-founder and CEO of Thinkful, the online school that uses one-on-one mentorship to help adults learn programming for career advancement. Prior to Thinkful Darrell was the founder of Perpetually, which was acquired in 2012 by Dell / Smarsh. He began his career in finance joining The Clinton Group, where he became the head of algorithmic trade execution.
