Christine Bader is author of "The Evolution of a Corporate Idealist: When Girl Meets Oil" (Bibliomotion 2014). She is a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University, where she co-teaches a course on human rights and business, and a Human Rights Advisor to BSR. She worked for BP from 1999-2008, and in 2011 completed her term as Advisor to the United Nations Special Representative for business and human rights. She serves on the Advisory Boards of The OpEd Project and the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre, and is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
