Cathy Cohen is the David and Mary Winton Green Professor of Political Science at the University of Chicago, founder/director of the Black Youth Project, and co-principal investigator for Participatory Politics: New Media and Youth Political Action. She is a member of the MacArthur Foundation Research Network on Youth and Participatory Politics.
