Catherine Cussaguet

I live and teach an Ayurvedic lifestyle, travel the world and share its beauty.

As an athlete in many sports and a professional in Physical Education, Fitness and Pilates, Catherine has coached adults and children for over 30 years. She is a Personal Trainer and a Pilates Instructor. Traveling to the Himalayas introduced her to Tibetan wisdom and the practice of meditation. Catherine studied with the Chopra Center. Giving back and supporting underprivileged people in this part of the world is very important to Catherine. In 2008, when His Holiness The Dalai Lama visited Aspen, Catherine was honored to show a Tibet photography exhibit at The Aspen Institute with all proceeds going to the support of Tibetans in Tibet. In 2012, she helped shoot a multi-media document with Phil Borges in Nepal, for a non-profit organization, Resurge International, http://www.resurge.org/home/home.cfm In 2015, she presented several photo exhibits to support Nepal reconstruction, and in October 2016, she volunteered teaching yoga to Nuns and elderly Tibetans refugees in Katmandu.
