Carrie Yury

Head of Research, BeyondCurious, Artist

Carrie Yury is Head of Research and Insights at BeyondCurious, Inc., where she uses her analytic and creative skills to help large enterprises empower people though digital solutions. She loves her work in digital innovation because she believes that by creating solutions that are based on people's real needs and behaviors, she helps make people's lives better. Yury is also a nationally-exhibited fine artist, and brings her creative approach to conceptualizing and solving problems with her to the consulting field.

Yury has had solo shows in Los Angeles and Chicago. In addition to her solo shows, her work has been shown in Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York in group exhibitions, including Figure and Form in Contemporary Photography at LACMA, Fruitique with Fallen Fruit at the Hammer Museum, Veronica at Pitzer Art Galleries, and The Wight Biennial at UCLA. Her work is included in the collection at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Yury holds two Masters degrees: an A.M. in English from the University of Chicago (1996), and an M.F.A in Studio Art from the University of California at Irvine (2006).
