Post Contemporary Painter, Writer, and Traveller

Brandon Kralik was born in Virginia but from a very early age has moved frequently which suits his creative sprit and wanderlust. His teenage years were spent on a cattle ranch in the Colorado Rockies. After hithch hiking back and forth across North America a number of times he attended college in both Colorado and later in New York where his work was first exhibited in 1991. He began working with galleries in the late 90's and spent some time with Dario Campanile on Maui before moving to Scandinavia to apprentice with Odd Nerdrum for three years, after which he opened his own studio in Sweden in 2004. His work is shown and collected internationally. He continues to live and paint in Sweden, spending winter months working on Maui. In addition, Kralik is keenly interested in Post Contemporary painting and has spoken, written and created videos on a variety of related subjects. He has been a contributor to the Huffington Post since 2013.
