Billy Miller is an artist/curator/independent publisher and VP of the Bob Mizer Foundation, based in New York City. His artwork has been exhibited internationally at various galleries and cultural institutions, including P.S.1 MoMA, Andrew Edlin Gallery, D’Amelio Terras Gallery, Team Gallery, Cheim & Read, Feature, Deitch Projects, Galerie du Jour Agnès B., Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, and others. He has curated shows and events at The Center for Book Arts NYC, Invisible Exports, Anna Kustera Gallery, Exile Gallery Berlin, and 80WSE Gallery NYC, among others. His writing has appeared in publications such as VICE, Index, K48, WON, and BUTT, and he is the editor- publisher of a number of independent publications, including When Johnny Comes Marching Home Again, No Milk Today, and the cult series Straight to Hell (aka The Manhattan Review of Unnatural Acts).
