Andrew Park

Williams Institute

Andrew Park is currently the Director of International Programs at the Williams Institute, a research institute focusing on issues of sexual orientation and gender identity. He also teaches Human Rights and Sexual Politics at UCLA School of Law. He served as Program Director at Wellspring Advisors, chair of the Global Philanthropy Project, and a member of the LGBT Advisory Board of Human Rights Watch. He is the former Coordinator of the International Human Rights Funders Group, as well as the founder and former executive Director of the Center for Lesbian and Gay Civil Rights (now Equality Pennsylvania). He served as an administrative judge and trial attorney with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. He co-founded the Liberty City Democratic Club in Philadelphia, PA and was the first elected co-chair of the Gay and Lesbian Attorneys of Washington, DC. For more on Andrew, visit apark.net.
